Ahmad Firdaus is a Public Valuer who possesses the professional competence, integrity and legal standing required to provide valuation services in Indonesia. He is a graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree (S1) programme at Indraprasta University and has completed professional valuation training, as evidenced by his MAPPI (Cert.) certification, which recognises his competence in the field of valuation in accordance with the Indonesian Valuation Standards (SPI) and the Indonesian Valuers’ Code of Ethics (KEPI).

In the course of his professional practice, Ahmad Firdaus has obtained Public Valuer Licence No. P-1.21.00587 issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, thereby authorising him to provide professional valuation services in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. He is also registered as a supporting professional in the financial services sector through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Registration Certificate (STTD) No. KEP-41/KS.13/2026, which demonstrates compliance with the requirements for providing valuation services to the financial services industry.

In addition, Ahmad Firdaus holds a National Land Agency (BPN) licence, number PPI.0010.2023, which authorises him to carry out valuations for land acquisition activities for development in the public interest, in accordance with the applicable regulations. This licence demonstrates his competence in identifying, analysing and valuing land, buildings, crops, objects associated with land, and other losses that may be assessed during the land acquisition process.
