Haikal is a professional in the field of valuation and financial consultancy, with over 15 years’ experience in property and business valuation, corporate finance, and transaction advisory. He is a MAPPI-Certified Property Valuer and has extensive experience in providing valuation services to both public and private companies across various industrial sectors.

Haikal’s expertise includes Business Valuation, Property Valuation, Fairness Opinions, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Impairment Tests, Financial Modelling, and Business Feasibility Studies. Furthermore, he has experience handling valuation assignments for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), capital market transactions, corporate restructuring, financial reporting, and the valuation of companies undergoing bankruptcy proceedings and debt repayment deferrals (PKPU).

With his extensive experience and in-depth understanding of valuation standards and corporate finance, Haikal remains committed to providing independent, objective and reliable valuation services to support clients in making sound strategic, investment and business transaction decisions.
