Edi Andesta is a partner at the valuation firm KJPP Edi Andesta and Partners, specialising in asset valuation and business valuation, with over 30 years’ professional experience.

After graduating from the Bogor Agricultural University in 1988, he worked as a plantation supervisor until 1992.

Since 1992, he has specialised in valuation and is a certified valuer qualified as an Asset Valuer and Business Valuer, registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and the Indonesian Financial Services Authority as a Public Valuer.

Edi Andesta has extensive experience as an asset valuer for banking and guarantee purposes, as well as a business valuer, covering company valuations, the preparation of feasibility studies, the preparation of fairness opinions, and valuations relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital contributions, etc., for both public and private companies.

In line with his professional experience, Edi Andesta possesses a wide range of professional skills, with the following professional certifications and licences:

• Property and business appraiser certification license Number PB 1.09.0095 from the Minister of Finance
• Registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a certified property and business appraiser under Number KEP-209/KE.13/2026 (renewal).
• Registered as a certified land appraiser with the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency under Number PPI.0095.23 (renewal)
• Registered as a certified intellectual property appraiser with the Ministry of Creative Economy under Registration Number 26-P/KI.Ekraf-0061.
